유다가 가로되 우리가 내 주께 무슨 말을 하오리이까 무슨 설명을 하오리이까 어떻게 우리의 정직을 나타내리이까 하나님이 종들의 죄악을 적발하셨으니 우리와 이 잔이 발견된 자가 다 내 주의 종이 되겠나이다. 아멘(창세기 44:16)
- 정결한 믿음으로 살아가게 하옵소서!
What can we say to my lord? Judah replied. What can we say? How can we prove our innocence? God has uncovered your servants guilt. We are now my lord's slaves--we ourselves and the one who was found to have the cup. Amen(Genesis 44:16)
- Please let me live by the pure faith!

여호와께서 요셉과 함께하시므로 그가 형통한 자가 되어 그 주인 애굽 사람의 집에 있으니, 그 주인이 여호와께서 그와 함께하심을 보며 또 여호와께서 그의 범사에 형통케 하심을 보았더라. 아멘(창세기 39:2-3)
- 형통한 자가 되게 하옵소서!
The LORD was with Joseph and he prospered, and he lived in the house of his Egyptian master. When his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD gave him success in everything he did. Amen(Genesis 37:20)

자, 그를 죽여 한 구덩이에 던지고 우리가 말하기를 악한 짐승이 그를 잡아먹었다 하자 그 꿈이 어떻게 되는 것을 우리가 볼 것이니라 하는지라. 아멘(창세기 37:20)
- 주여 꿈이 이루어지게 하옵소서!
Come now, let's kill him and throw him into one of these cisterns and say that a ferocious animal devoured him. Then we'll see what comes of his dreams. Amen(Genesis 37:20)

에서가 눈을 들어 여인과 자식들을 보고 묻되 너와 함께한 이들은 누구냐 야곱이 가로되 하나님이 주의 종에게 은혜로 주신 자식이니이다. 아멘(창세기 33:5)
- 자식을 하나님이 주신 은혜의 기업으로 품게 하옵소서!
Then Esau looked up and saw the women and children. "Who are these with you?" he asked. Jacob answered, "They are the children God has graciously given your servant." Amen(Genesis 32:30)

그러므로 야곱이 그곳 이름을 브니엘이라 하였으니 그가 이르기를 내가 하나님과 대면하여 보았으나 내 생명이 보전되었다 함이더라. 아멘(창세기 32:30)
- 하나님을 대면하여 알게 하옵소서!
So Jacob called the place Peniel, saying, It is because I saw God face to face, and yet my life was spared. Amen(Genesis 32:30)
- Lord I want to know God face to face!

야곱이 잠이 깨어 가로되 여호와께서 과연 여기 계시거늘 내가 알지 못하였도다. 아멘(창세기 28:16)
- 하나님이 나와 함께 계심을 확신하며 살아가게 하옵소서!
When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it. Amen(Genesis 28:16)
- I want to live by confident because God is with me!

Then he prayed, "O LORD, God of my master Abraham, give me success today, and show kindness to my master Abraham. Amen(Genesis 24:12)

아브라함이 그 땅 이름을 여호와 이레라 하였으므로 오늘까지 사람들이 이르기를 여호와의 산에서 준비되리라 하더라. 아멘(창세기 22:14)
- 여호와께서 예비하신 것을 누리며 살아가게 하소서!
So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. And to this day it is said, On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided. Amen(Genesis 22:14)

하나님이 또 아브라함에게 이르시되 그런즉 너는 내 언약을 지키고 네 후손도 대대로 지키라. 아멘(창세기 17:9)

Then God said to Abraham, As for you, you must keep my covenant, you and your descendants after you for the generations to come. Amen(Genesis 17:9)
